I went in for what I believed was a chipped tooth. I left being told I needed a full treatment plan involving extraction of three wisdom teeth, anesthesia, time off work for recovery, and I was required to pay $1,338 up front before any procedure was done. The treatment was presented as urgent and necessary, and the experience felt rushed and high pressure rather than cautious or exploratory. Something didn’t sit right, so I sought a second opinion. That second opinion completely contradicted what I was told by Aspen. I was informed I do NOT need three wisdom teeth extracted at all. The only issue identified was a minor filling on a single tooth. The difference is not minor, it’s thousands of dollars, major surgery vs. a routine filling, and significant time off work that would have been completely unnecessary! It is extremely concerning to go in for a suspected chipped tooth and leave being told I need major oral surgery, only to find out later that none of it was actually needed. Further, I have only received a partial refund for the surgery I was required to pay for up front!! I strongly recommend anyone receiving a major treatment plan or ANY care by this business to get a sec

My visit went very well. Friendly staff, helpful in every step. Dr Modi did an excellent job. I did not feel any pain at all. The worst experience was the many uncomfortable Xrays taken first. Otherwise a piece of cake. :)

Super great experience. I was literally 23 hours and 50 minutes late for my appointment (was yesterday) and they squeezed me in on the spot. Dentist was thorough and honest. They were a bit on the high end as far as pricing, but the financial expert gave me many options to choose from.

First of all, I waited over an hour after my appointment time to get seen. While I was in the waiting room six other people who were walk-ins got seen before I did and I was going in for an emergency dental appointment but still was not seen before any of the walking in’s. Then when I went back there, they insisted on taking dental x-rays which was Fine the lady who did my dental x-rays was probably the most competent person in there. Sad I didn’t grab her name before I left. She’s the only reason person who deserves the one star on this rating. Then I was in the chair waiting for the dentist he came in. He barely looked at the problem area I was going in there for, he took a look at my mouth for less than five seconds and then said that there was nothing he could do. He couldn’t figure out the pain and I just need to go back and see my dental surgeon and said I needed to wait there for someone to come grab me, then this other lady from the front desk came to grab me and she is there I guess to tell me that I had gingivitis and I needed to do this $3000 treatment for all of these things and that she showed me the stock video of the dangers of gingivitis and teeth decay and I was sh

While the staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable, the wait times can be very long even if you show up on-time. More importantly, I was dissatisfied with the treatment for an abcess under one of my teeth. I didn't mind needing to go to a different location to receive a root canal even if it was frustrating. What I am concerned about, however, is how the filling went following that. I was not scheduled to receive a dental crown even though my tooth had been filed down and now has an uncomfortable grainy texture. Even with at-home care, my jaw and gums still hurt under my tooth. While I found the dental cleaning enjoyable and efficient, I would not recommend Aspen for dental emergencies. Good, friendly people, but there is some notable negligence.
